We have received great service from RCP Mechanical on our home repairs! The technician sends a text before he arrives, he is prompt, and the repairs are done correctly. The charges are fair, and he explains his work. Today, he worked on our water heater. He has also worked on our HVAC system. I am thrilled that we have found RCP Mechanical!

What a pleasant surprise and a true breath of fresh air! Ive been living in Las Vegas for over 20 years, and Ive had plenty of experiences with A/C repair companiesbut Robert at RCP Mechanical stands out above the rest. He is completely trustworthy, offers very fair pricing, and truly knows what hes doing. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, without cutting corners. Robbie, the owner/operator of RCP Mechanical, is a straight shooter. Our AC went out Sunday night. Texted Robbie and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Arrived on time and replaced my condenser fan motor quickly and professionally. Good service and good pricing. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the main reason I gave my business to RCP Mechanical in the beginning was because of the veteran discount. Now that I have done business with them, they will be my go to AC provider. I had to have an entire condo AC unit replaced and due to the recent regulation changes as to the type of Freon, it took a long time to get a new unit. Due to it being summer, I was thinking I would have to go buy at least 2 stand alone AC units which would have cost me $800+. BUT, RCP decided they would buy the units and rent them to me for a very reasonable rate so that I would not have to buy the 2 units that I would have no use for afterwards and they now have those units to help out other customers in the future, this is extremely forward thinking and is really not that common anymore. I can't give RCP and Alex, the tech that serviced my job, enough stars for the service they have provided.

I'm very happy to have Robert taking care of our maintenance on the heating and air conditioning. He's honest and up front about what needs attention. I appreciate that.

Super professional and super quick! They did me a solid and fixed my AC, then came back next day to make sure everything was working properly just cause he was in the neighborhood! Highly recommended!!

Robbie was excellent!! 10 stars!!! Arrived at the house on time. Ready to go to work. He was cordial, knowledgeable and had the problem figured out in 10 minutes on my AC unit. He repaired it quickly and fixed a problem from a previous repair attempt. Another company I had out a few days earlier could not find the problem/leak after charging me hundreds of dollars.

Came on time to check on our new HVAC system that RCP installed few months ago. Good job.

Robbie has always been fair minded with me and my ac/furnace needs in our home. Robbie or Robert will not fix anything that's not broken. However. he will install a part if you request him to for preventive maintenance. My units are 23 years old and it's time to pull the lever to install new ones for energy efficiency especially with solar on the roof. But now I can wait till Fall due to Robbie's ingenuity and common sense approach. If you are looking for trust then I recommend Robbie fully and completely.

I had RCP replace my entire air conditioning system. This was after a few years of them performing maintenance on my old unit. Never was there any pressure to replace my old unit, Robbie let me know my options either way. The install was started on time and done in a very timely manner. I used RCP back in 2022 to fix an issue I was having with my old hvac unit. Robbie actually fixed the unit at a fair price. And the unit is still running strong (knock on wood)! If he runs his business today the same as he did years ago I would absolutely recommend and return to him. He has actual technical expertise and just wants to get the job done right.

I've used many air conditioning repair companies here in Las Vegas in the past but now I will only call RCP Mechanical. Why? It's because I trust him.
